Contact Centre Hours of Operation

The Contact Centre is currently open
Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm
and closed on NZ National Public Holidays.

All hours of service are in New Zealand local time:  early April to late September GMT + 12 hours, late September to early April GMT + 13 hours.
Our international calling number is +64 9 274 7578, international toll charges apply at the callers expense.

We are on-call over all public holidays (Christmas, New Years, Easter, Anzac, Labour Day etc).
